- Thrown Shield Proficiency: You are proficient with thrown shield as a weapon.
- Adaptive Shield: Through a short rest, you can adapt a rounded shield for use as a thrown weapon. When thrown, the shield deals 1d6 bludgeoning damage upon a successful hit.
- Reduced Protection: Using a shield as a weapon imposes a penalty of -1 AC to the shield's armor class bonus.
- Returning Shield: If your attack misses or results in a critical hit, the shield returns to your hand, allowing you to utilize it again immediately.
