Blood Magic Initiate

Prerequisite: Ability to cast at least one spell

Through a dark communion with your own life force, you've unlocked the ancient art of Blood Magic. This feat grants you the ability to channel your vitality to regain expended spell slots. You gain the knowledge to harness your life essence in a ritualistic manner to regain expended spell slots.

As an action, you may expend Hit Dice to restore spell slots. For each spell level, you must expend two Hit Dice per level of the spell slot you wish to regain, and you cannot regain spell slots of a higher level than the maximum spell level available to you.

You must finish a short or long rest to use this feature again.
